1. Company Merger
Effective October 1, 2009, Boston AIC Inc. merged with and into Hitachi Chemical Company America, Ltd., an affiliated company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hitachi Chemical Company, Ltd. In Japan.
Our phone number and address will remain the same.
2. Transfer of Tantalum/Niobium Business
Our Tantalum and Niobium capacitor business in Japan will be transferred to our business partner, Holy Stone, on March 31, 2010.
Hitachi Chemical Company America, Ltd. (Boston Office) will continue sales and customer service of the products that will be sold under the new brand name.
